I've spent my career in international development — 20 years working with NGOs across East and West Africa. Started as a field officer, ended up directing programs with $30M+ budgets. What I care about is impact that lasts after the funding ends. I advise NGOs and social enterprises on three things: getting funded, measuring impact, and scaling without losing your soul. My grant writing has about an 80% success rate over the last decade — not because I'm magic but because I only write proposals for programs that actually make sense. I'm most useful for organizations in the $1M-$30M range that are past the startup phase but haven't yet figured out how to grow sustainably.
