I advise NGOs and social enterprises on three things: getting funded, measuring impact, and scaling without losing your soul. My grant writing has about an 80% success rate over the last decade — not because I'm magic but because I only write proposals for programs that actually make sense. I'm most useful for organizations in the $1M-$30M range that are past the startup phase but haven't yet figured out how to grow sustainably. I also do board advisory for foundations and impact investors who want someone with field experience, not just financial modeling.
