I have 20 years in corporate communications, most of them at a large Nordic bank where I was head of communications for the last 6 years. I've handled IPO communications, two major crises (one regulatory, one reputational), and internal comms for a workforce of 8,000. Crisis PR is really my speciality because I've learned that how you communicate in the first 48 hours determines everything that comes after. I also do a lot of work with internal communications which is honestly underrated, most companies are terrible at it and then wonder why their employees don't know what's going on.
