I ran a construction company in Mexico City for 22 years. We did commercial projects, some residential, grew from 5 employees to about 80 at peak. Sold the business in 2023. I'm not an architect or engineer by training — I'm a business person who happens to know construction really well. I think I could be useful to small and mid-size construction firms who need help with the business side: bidding strategy, project costing, managing subcontractors, growing without losing money on every other job.
