I taught high school math and physics for 12 years before moving into higher education. Spent another 10 years as a lecturer and eventually associate dean at a university in Gothenburg. When the pandemic hit, I ended up becoming our department's unofficial EdTech person — evaluating platforms, training other faculty, figuring out what actually works for online learning. Turns out I was pretty good at it. Now I consult on learning design and EdTech selection. I'm not a technologist — I'm a teacher who understands technology, which I think is actually more useful.

I can help you evaluate what actually fits your needs, design curricula that work in digital formats, and train your staff to use it all effectively. I come at this from a teaching background, not a tech background, which means I focus on whether people are actually learning — not just whether the platform looks nice. I'm also happy to work with universities or schools that need help modernizing. I've been through it myself and I know how resistant faculty can be (I was one of them for a while).
