I have been working in sustainability since before it was trendy, which is something I'm proud of but also means I've seen a lot of greenwashing. At my previous company (a large industrial group based in Northern Italy) I built the sustainability program from zero and we achieved our carbon neutrality targets two years ahead of schedule. I am particularly knowledgeable about EU reporting requirements which are becoming very complex and many companies are not prepared for this. I can help with the strategy part but also the practical implementation which is where most consultants fall short in my experience.
