As General Counsel for a Dubai-based fintech group, I oversaw regulatory strategy across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. Prior to that, I was a partner at a regional law firm where I advised on cross-border M&A transactions valued in excess of $2 billion. I maintain active memberships with the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts and the Law Society of England and Wales.
