If your factory floor is a mess or your supply chain keeps surprising you, I can probably help. I've done lean transformations at 6 different plants and I won't sugarcoat what I find. Fair warning: I'm hands-on. I'll be on your shop floor, not in a conference room. Typical gig is 3-6 months, can do less if it's a specific problem.
