Procurement overhaul & cost reduction

I come in, look at your supplier contracts, your procurement processes, and your spend data, and I find money. Usually 10-20% savings on the categories I address, within the first year. I've done this at companies spending anywhere from $50M to $2B annually. I can also build your procurement function if you don't have one, or fix it if it's not working. I'm not gentle about it — if your team is rubber-stamping POs without competitive bidding, I'm going to say so.
