Interim Program Director — large-scale project delivery

Description

I run large programs. $50M-$200M, multi-year, lots of moving parts. Available for interim program director roles or PMO setup. I'm PMP/PRINCE2 certified but what actually matters is that I've delivered 15+ major programs without a single one going off the rails (well, one did, but I caught it early and we course-corrected). I'm direct, organized, and I don't let scope creep happen on my watch.
